Introduction
Welcome to Seamless Cosmetic Travel, operated by I Heart MDE LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you (“you,” “traveler,” or “participant”) and the Company.
These Terms apply to all services we provide, including but not limited to:
Our website and digital platforms
Organized group trips, including the Glow Up Girls Trip
Concierge travel planning
Cosmetic, wellness, and lifestyle travel experiences
Related products and services
By booking a trip, enrolling in a payment plan, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & Traveler Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
If booking on behalf of another traveler, you are responsible for ensuring they have reviewed and accepted these Terms.
Participants are solely responsible for:
Maintaining a valid passport
Meeting all visa and entry requirements
Obtaining recommended vaccinations
Purchasing travel and medical insurance
Providing accurate booking information
Making all payments on time

Booking & Payment Terms
Booking Confirmation
A reservation is confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been successfully received.
A $199 non-refundable administrative deposit applies to every reservation and is credited toward the total package price.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are priced per person.
Airfare is not included unless specifically stated.
Promotional pricing may change as Early Access or other promotional periods expire.

Payment Options
Pay in Full
Guests may pay the full package amount at checkout.
Certain promotions may offer discounted pricing for guests who pay in full.
Payment Plans
Guests may reserve their place with the required deposit, followed by equal automatic monthly payments.
Payment plans include:
Equal monthly installments
Automatic recurring billing
Remaining balance due no later than June 1, 2027
By enrolling in a payment plan, you authorize recurring charges until your balance has been paid in full.
If your payment method fails, you agree to promptly update your payment information.
Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in cancellation without refund.
Your reservation remains secured while payments remain current. Participation requires your balance to be paid in full by the final payment deadline.

Refund, Cancellation & Transfer Policy
Cancellations by Participant
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
On or before March 31, 2027
Refund of all payments made, less the $199 administrative deposit.
April 1–30, 2027
50% refund of payments made, less the administrative deposit.
May 1–31, 2027
25% refund of payments made, less the administrative deposit.
Beginning June 1, 2027
All payments become non-refundable.

Payment Plan Refunds
Refund eligibility applies only to payments received before the applicable cancellation deadline.
Future unpaid installments will be canceled upon approval of your cancellation.

Transfers
Reservations may be transferred to another guest through June 15, 2027, subject to Company approval and a $75 transfer fee.
Transfer requests received after June 15, 2027 may be denied.

Cancellation by Company
Should the Company cancel an event due to insufficient enrollment, safety concerns, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, participants will receive a refund of amounts paid to the Company.
The Company is not responsible for airfare, travel insurance, hotel nights booked independently, visa expenses, or any other third-party costs.

Itinerary, Dining & Force Majeure
Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to substitute accommodations, restaurants, transportation providers, activities, venues, or schedules when reasonably necessary.
Whenever possible, comparable alternatives will be provided.
Minor itinerary changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Included Meals
Included meals are subject to published per-person menu allowances.
Current allowances include:
Group dinners: 180,000 COP
Rooftop brunches: 120,000 COP
Taxes and gratuities are included by the Company.
Orders exceeding the menu allowance are the participant’s responsibility.
Glow Up Elite guests receive an additional 100,000 COP in dining credit to be used across included meals.
Meal venues and allowances may change based on availability while maintaining a comparable overall experience.

Force Majeure
Force Majeure includes, but is not limited to:
Natural disasters
Severe weather
Government restrictions
Political unrest
Pandemics
Labor strikes
Transportation disruptions
Civil emergencies
Other events beyond our reasonable control
Should such an event occur, we may modify, postpone, substitute, or cancel portions of the itinerary.
Refunds, if any, are limited to amounts recovered from third-party suppliers.

Travel, Medical & Insurance
Participants are responsible for obtaining adequate travel, medical, evacuation, and trip cancellation insurance.
We strongly recommend coverage before departure.
Participants are solely responsible for determining whether any cosmetic, dental, wellness, or medical procedure is appropriate for their personal health circumstances.

Code of Conduct
Participants agree to:
Respect fellow travelers
Follow local laws
Follow instructions from hosts and guides
Behave in a manner that promotes a positive group experience
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe, illegal, abusive, or disruptive.
Removal from the trip will not result in a refund.

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
International travel involves inherent risks including:
Illness
Injury
Theft
Transportation delays
Political events
Criminal activity
Weather-related disruptions
By participating, you voluntarily assume these risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless I Heart MDE LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from claims arising from your participation.
We do not provide medical advice.
Any cosmetic, dental, wellness, or elective medical procedures coordinated through third-party providers are undertaken entirely at your own discretion and risk.

Photography & Marketing
Photography and video may be captured throughout the experience.
By participating, you grant the Company permission to use your name, likeness, photographs, audio, and video recordings for marketing, promotional, editorial, and social media purposes without additional compensation.
Guests who prefer not to appear in promotional content must notify the Company in writing before the trip begins.

Independent Contractors
Hotels, transportation providers, restaurants, tour operators, guides, physicians, clinics, spas, wellness providers, and other suppliers are independent contractors.
The Company coordinates these services but is not responsible for their acts, omissions, negligence, or performance.

Intellectual Property
All trademarks, branding, photographs, videos, written materials, logos, and website content are the exclusive property of I Heart MDE LLC or its licensors.
No materials may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the participant and the Company regarding the services provided.
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking shall govern that reservation.
