1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Seamless Cosmetic Travel, operated by I Heart MDE LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you,” “traveler,” “participant”) and the Company.

These Terms apply to all services we provide, including but not limited to:
• Our website and digital platforms
• Organized group trips, including the Glow Up Girls Trip
• Custom travel planning and concierge services
• Related products, experiences, and services

By booking a trip, enrolling in a payment plan, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not proceed with booking or use of our services.

2. ELIGIBILITY & RESPONSIBILITY FOR BOOKINGS

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.

If you are booking on behalf of another traveler, you are responsible for ensuring that they have reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:
• Ensuring passport validity, visas, vaccinations, and entry requirements
• Securing appropriate travel and medical insurance
• Providing accurate personal and payment information
• Meeting all payment deadlines and trip requirements

3. BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS

Booking Confirmation
• A booking is not confirmed until the required deposit or full payment is received.
• All bookings include a non-refundable $199 administrative fee.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.

Pricing
• All prices are listed per person in USD, unless otherwise stated.
• Airfare is not included unless explicitly noted.
• Pricing may increase over time as availability changes.

Payment Options

Pay-in-Full
• Guests may choose to pay in full at checkout.
• Pay-in-full bookings may be offered at a discounted rate compared to installment plans.

Payment Plans
• Guests may reserve their spot with an initial payment at booking, applied toward the total trip cost, followed by equal installment payments.
• Remaining balances are divided into equal monthly installments.
• Monthly payments are automatically charged to the payment method on file.
• All balances must be paid in full no later than June 30, 2026.
• Failure to complete payments on time may result in cancellation without refund.
• Payment plan bookings reserve a spot but are considered fully confirmed only once the total balance is paid in full.

By enrolling in a payment plan, you authorize recurring charges until your balance is paid in full.

4. REFUND, CANCELLATION & TRANSFER POLICY

Cancellations by You

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• On or before March 31, 2026
Eligible for a full refund minus the $199 non-refundable administrative fee.
• April 1 – April 30, 2026
Eligible for a 50% refund, minus the $199 administrative fee.
• May 1 – May 31, 2026
Eligible for a 25% refund, minus the $199 administrative fee.
• After May 31, 2026
All payments are non-refundable.

Installment Plan Refunds
• Refund eligibility applies only to amounts paid by the applicable cancellation deadline.
• Any unpaid future installments will be canceled upon cancellation.

Transfers
• Bookings may be transferred to another participant until June 1, 2026, subject to a $75 transfer fee.
• Transfers requested after this date may be declined.

Cancellations by Us

If we cancel a trip due to insufficient enrollment, safety concerns, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a refund of amounts paid minus the $199 administrative fee.

We are not responsible for airfare, visas, insurance, or other travel costs not included in our packages.

5. ITINERARY, MEALS & FORCE MAJEURE

Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify itineraries, activities, accommodations, dining venues, transportation, or scheduling as necessary due to availability, safety considerations, weather, operational needs, or circumstances beyond our control. Any such changes will be made with the intent of maintaining a comparable overall experience and value.

No refunds will be issued for itinerary adjustments that do not materially affect the overall trip experience.

Meals, Dining & Included Food Allowances

Curated group meals are included as part of the Glow Up Girls Trip experience. Included meals are covered up to a designated per-person menu spending cap, based on listed menu prices. Applicable taxes and gratuities are covered by the Company; the spending cap applies solely to the menu value of food and beverages ordered.

Current included allowances are as follows:
• Group dinners: up to 180,000 COP per person
• Rooftop brunches: up to 120,000 COP per person

Any food or beverage orders exceeding the applicable menu allowance are the responsibility of the participant and must be settled with the Company by the end of the evening, unless otherwise pre-arranged with the Company.

For participants booked under the Glow Up and Glow Up Plus packages, the allowances above apply. Participants booked under the Glow Up Elite package receive an additional total food and beverage allowance of 100,000 COP, applied across included group meals.

Included meal offerings, venues, and allowances may vary slightly due to itinerary changes or availability; however, reasonable efforts will be made to provide a comparable dining experience.

Force Majeure

Force Majeure events include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, government actions, political unrest, labor strikes, transportation disruptions, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In the event of a Force Majeure occurrence, we may modify, postpone, or cancel portions of the trip. Refunds, if any, will be limited to amounts recovered from third-party suppliers. We are not responsible for incidental expenses, including airfare, visas, insurance, or personal travel costs not included in the package.

6. TRAVEL, MEDICAL & INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

You are solely responsible for securing adequate travel, medical, and cancellation insurance. We strongly recommend coverage that includes emergency medical care, evacuation, trip interruption, and cancellation protection.

7. CODE OF CONDUCT

All participants are expected to:
• Act respectfully toward fellow travelers, hosts, and staff
• Follow local laws and cultural norms
• Comply with instructions from trip leaders and guides

We reserve the right to remove any participant for unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior without refund.

8. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that international travel involves inherent risks, including illness, injury, theft, accidents, transportation delays, and events outside our control.

Release of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless I Heart MDE LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and partners from any liability arising from your participation.

Medical Disclaimer

We do not provide medical advice and are not licensed medical professionals. Any cosmetic, elective, or wellness procedures coordinated through third-party providers are undertaken entirely at your own discretion and risk. You are responsible for consulting your own healthcare provider.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, branding, images, videos, and marketing materials are the property of I Heart MDE LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
